Free UK shipping on all orders. Free elsewhere over the local threshold (AU $140, CA $140, EU €90, NZ $150, US $120); all other regions free over £120.

Duties and tax are included for UK and US orders, and for EU orders under €150. Outside those, local import duties may apply on arrival and are the customer's responsibility — please check your rates before ordering.

Same-day dispatch on orders before 2pm UK time, Mon–Fri. Orders after 2pm, weekends, or UK bank holidays ship the next working day.

Yes — wherever possible we ship tracked, so you'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

30 days from receipt. Free UK returns; other returns are the customer's responsibility. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.

We don't offer direct exchanges — please request a refund and place a new order for the size you want.

Yes, within 30 days. Return postage is paid by the customer, except for a faulty or incorrect item.

We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank then usually takes a further 1–3 days to show the funds.

Recycled polyester for sustainability — regenerated from fishing nets and other ocean and landfill waste — usually blended with lycra for stretch and a softer finish. Chlorine-resistant, UV-resistant and made to last.

Cold rinse in fresh water after every swim and hang to dry. Hand wash only — no machine washing, tumble drying or ironing.

Yes — our recycled materials hold up to chlorine and saltwater. Rinsing after each swim roughly doubles their lifespan.
