Is Sullios sustainable?

We try to be as sustainable as possible! This includes our swimwear being made from recycled materials (including plastic and ocean waste), recycled shipping mailers and packaging.

We also partner with companies with great sustainability attitudes, for example our manufacturer ensures fair wages and conditions, ocean clean up activities and tree planting for carbon offset.

What is the size range of your swimwear?

We range from Small to Extra Large.

  • Small - 28-30'
  • Medium - 31-32'

How do I care for my swimwear?

Remember our swimwear is made from recycled fabric, so has to be cared for differently to normal swimwear.

  • Do not Iron (they may melt).
  • Wash in cold water by hand.
  • Hang to air dry.

Swimwear is out of stock - When will they be back?

We usually order small batches of swimwear at a time to ensure we do not waste too much stock. We will release new products a few times per year, and sold out items will be restocked as quickly as possible.

If you would like to be notified when a product is back in stock, you can sign up on the product page to be notified by email once the item is back in stock.

You can also follow us on social media where we will make posts when products are available again.

Can I change/cancel my order after it is placed?

We fulfil orders as quickly as possible after the order is placed. You are welcome to email us at info@sullios.com and we will try to help where possible.

How do I return my swimwear to you?

Once your return is approved we will contact you via email with the address to return your swimwear to.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We encourage you to use a tracked service to ensure items are returned timely.

When will I receive a refund?

Once your order is received back to us, we will inspect the item/s to ensure there is no damage and that items have not been worn.

Any refund will then be processed within 1-2 days where you will receive an email confirmation.

It may take up to 10 business days for funds to be credited back to your bank account, depending on your banks processing times.

To use your reward credit towards purchased:

  1. Go to the 'Rewards' App at the bottom of the screen.
  2. If you have valid store credit, there will be a gift code populated under 'Your Code'.
  3. Copy this code.
  4. Paste the code into the 'discount code/gift card' section during the check out process.
