Refund policy
If you require an exchange or refund, we will be happy to assist as below:
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping on your original order.
- To complete your return please request a refund at the bottom of the page and add a reason for the refund. Once we have reviewed your request we will inform you of our decision and if applicable, provide instructions on where to send your items back to.
Return Postage:
You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise that you send all items using a recorded/insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 28 days.
Exchanges:
If the item is defective or damaged when you received it, please let us know and we will offer you an exchange. You may also exchange items for a different size if they do not fit.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
